Does the bible teach Jesus was divine or human ? Is Jesus human or is Jesus God ? What is the nature of Jesus ? These are amazing questions that many people do not understand . We were talking to some people in our whats app advanced bible study group that you can join here ? And those two gentlemen were taking only verses that talked about the human Jesus .

But those 2 friends in the group looked at bible verses that say Jesus is fully human . Do those verses say that Jesus is not God . No . They just say when Jesus came on earth he took on the similitude of humanity . As when we leave the house we put on a coat . Do we become a coat ? No , as when we return home we leave the coat and we are still a human being who has put on a coat .
This is hard to understand But Jesus always existed . Jesus said Before Abraham was i already existed . Jesus said Abraham saw me and rejoiced . How can Abraham see Jesus if Abraham lived thousand sof years before Jesus was born ? It is because Jesus took on the form of a human when be was born in Bethlemeh . Jesus existence did not start there . Jesus never left to be God .
Let say Messi or Mbape come to a local stadium to play with childrens and they win the game . What will happen . The referee wil say it does not count because Mbape and Messi are professionals and they cannot play with childrens and win a game . So the game is illegal or anulled . Same if God came to live a full life without sin, but used his divinity to do such . Then Satan would say it is not fair as you have used your divinity to win the battle of living a full life without one sin .
It would have been totally unfair for Jesus to come as God . Thus Jesus had to become fully as we are , humans, and live a full life without sin and die on the cross .
RO 8 ' For (that that was [j]impossible to the Law, inasmuch as it was weak, because of the [k]flesh) God sending his own Son, in the similitude of [l]sinful flesh, and for [m]sin, [n]condemned sin in the flesh,' Jesus took on the SIMILITUDE of men .
PH 2 6 'Who being in the [f]form of God, [g]thought it no robbery to be [h]equal with God: 7 But he made himself of [i]no reputation, and took on him the [j]form of a servant, and was made like unto men, and was found in shape as a man. ' Jesus took on the form of a servant . He was MADE LIKE UNTO MEN . Note the bible does not say Jesus became a men . But Jesus put on human nature above his divine nature . Why . Because there is no other way to win the battle against sin and pay for our sins .

Can God transport Elijah and Enoch to heaven ? Yes ? Can God send water to destroy all humans ? Yes ? Can God send fire from heaven to destroy Sodom?Yes then wy would it is hard to believe that God can put on a human body yet remain God ?

There are verses that seem to say Jesus was a men . But as we need to be wise we cannot take one part of the bible and neglect the rest this would be dishonest .
1 TI 2 5 ' For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and man, which is the [f]man Christ Jesus, ' Or Jesus says he did not know the hour or day . Or Jesus needed wather, food and to sleep . In his humanity Jesus became in all things like we are .
HE 2 17 ' Wherefore in [aq]all things it behooved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be [ar]merciful, and a [as]faithful high Priest in things concerning God, that he might make reconciliation for the sins of the people. ' Like we saw those verses talk about the humanity Jesus took after he took on a human body 2000 years ago 1 We see Jesus being worshiped as God in the old testament many times 2 Jesus never left his divinity when he became a men 3 The bible sometimes talke about Jesus i his human form . Those verses never say Jesus was not God at the same time .

In the Old testament Jesus appears as the Angel of the Lord . A is capiutal letter compared to when the bible talks about an angel it uses lower letter case. In Genesis 18 Jesus appears to Abraham with 2 angels Ge 19 1 says those 2 angels leave and Abraham remains in the presence of God or Jesus .
GE 19 ' And in the evening there came two [a]Angels to Sodom: and Lot sat at the gate of Sodom, and Lot saw them, and rose up to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face to the ground. ' In this same chapter is says Jehovah who was talking to Abhraham on earth , asked Jehovah in the heavens to send fire and brimstone .
In this verse we see Jesus as God on earth , asks his Father in heaven to send fire .
GE 19 24 ' Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah, brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven ' In Hebrews 1 The Father asks all angels to worship Jesus . If Jesus is not God whyt would the Father ask all angels to worship Jesus ?
HE 1 6 ' And [p]again, when he bringeth in his first begotten Son into the world, he saith, And let all the Angels of God worship him. ' Last verse . The Father tells Jesus you are God .
HE 1 8 ' But unto the Son he saith, O God, thy [s]throne is forever [t]and ever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a [u]scepter of righteousness ' .

As if a men died for me then a men cannot even ay for his own sins . Much less to pay for the sins of the whole world . What is the nature of Jesus ? Jesus is God . Jesus always existed .
